Soongachi Tea Estate, established in 1970 near Malbazar town in West Bengal, has become renowned for its quality CTC (Crush, Tear, Curl) tea production. Situated about 55 kilometers from Siliguri, it spans 640 hectares dedicated to tea cultivation. With an annual output of approximately 14 lakh kilograms, it has made a significant mark in the tea industry. The estate comprises three divisions: Nakhati, Soongachi and Bytagool, each contributing to its overall productivity and quality. Soongachi Tea Estate specializes in producing high-quality CTC tea, which has garnered popularity across several northern states of India. For the past four decades, Soongachi Tea Industries Pvt Ltd has been actively involved in the packaging and distribution of CTC teas to various markets, maintaining a reputation for delivering premium teas to discerning consumers.
